Over the past two decades, His Wheels International has mobilized God’s work around the globe. The next chapter of this mission is to continue reaching new heights through the continued advocacy for the power of mobility.
History of His Wheels
His Wheels International was founded in 2005 with a mission to mobilize God’s work worldwide through the platform of bicycles. Months later, His Wheels added the International hand-cycle (trike) division for promoting the design, fabrication, and manufacturing of hand-pedaled trikes for people with disabilities in developing countries. Over the years, His Wheels formed a deep partnership with Mobility Worldwide with the goal of expanding reach and raising awareness about the need of hand-cycles around the world.
In 2025, the two decades of work accomplished by His Wheels was fully integrated into the programmatic efforts of Mobility Worldwide. With this contribution, Mobility Worldwide continues to incrementally improve hand-cycles (carts) being produced since 1994, while carrying on the shared vision of further development and making more hand-cycles available to those in need throughout the world.
